Hi, I'm Dale Simmons, the Founder of Reel Supports!

Supporting people thrive has been my passion for over 15 years. My journey in community services began in 2010, and since then, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals in disability and community services funded programs. My experience spans non-clinical mental health recovery outreach programs including team leading, case management, and 1:1 support, QLD Education, NDIS LAC program, homelessness youth support and residential youth work. This has readied me with the expertise to create positive outcomes for the people I work for, as well as navigating multiples services within a case plan.

I specialise in tailoring support that aligns with an individual’s NDIS goals, ensuring the right support workers, resources, and opportunities are in place to empower each participant.

As a proud Gold Coaster, I have a deep connection to the local community and a passion for the great outdoors. Reel Supports was born from my love of adventure and my commitment to providing meaningful, engaging support. I believe in the power of outdoor experiences to promote well-being, independence, and personal growth and connecting to community.
